can i say tat today's lyk the best np training i had ?
okae ... perhaps the first half wasn't nice .
i was feelin lousy and stuff AND the ulcer in my mouth wasn't makin things better .
nevertheless . i tried to smile .
thou i noe i cant smile WIDELY .
cuz my ulcer will kill me . LOLS
gawd . i pray for my ulcer to cure ASAP .
cuz i wan to motivate the team on sat !
i cant afford to not talk now !

i reali cant emphasize enuff how thankful i m for all of u to come down for tis com.
i will not be with u all 2 yrs lata le ...
